You may want to worship God but I don't think He wants to be worshipped.

We humans want to be worshipped when we have power, position, or success.

And we project that desire onto God, thinking He is like us.

That's an insult to Him.

He is beyond and more than that.


God-fearing may be a good thing.

Again I don't think He wants you to fear Him.


If it never crosses your mind that your kids should worship or fear you, you are probably more godlike than you realize.
